Our Service Area

We work out of Belmont, North Carolina, which sits between Charlotte and Gastonia on I-85. That location is the reason our service area looks the way it does: everything below is a reasonable drive, and we are not sending a crew across the state to look at a crawl space.

Mecklenburg County and Charlotte

Charlotte, Matthews, Mint Hill, Pineville, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson. Mecklenburg runs its own asbestos program, which affects how notifications are filed. Details are on our Charlotte asbestos removal page.

Gaston County

Gastonia, Belmont, Mount Holly, Cramerton, McAdenville, Lowell, Ranlo, Dallas, Stanley, High Shoals, Bessemer City and Cherryville. Notifications here go to the state rather than a county program. See the Gastonia page.

The Rest of the Region

Cabarrus County including Concord, Kannapolis and Harrisburg. Union County including Monroe, Indian Trail and Waxhaw. Iredell County including Mooresville and Statesville. Lincoln County including Lincolnton and Denver. Cleveland County including Shelby and Kings Mountain. Catawba County including Hickory and Newton. Rowan County including Salisbury.

Upstate South Carolina

York County including Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Clover and York, plus Lancaster and Chester counties. South Carolina has its own regulatory process, so tell us the state along with the address when you call.

Not Sure If You Are In Range?

Call 704-393-0303 with the address. If the job is outside what we cover, we will say so rather than pad a quote with drive time.

One Office, Not a Franchise Network

Every job in the counties above is run out of the same Belmont office by the same people. There is no dispatch center routing you to whichever contractor happened to bid lowest that week, and nobody is driving three hours to look at your crawl space. If a project is outside what we cover, we will tell you that on the phone instead of padding a quote with windshield time.
