Charlotte Asbestos Removal is the environmental division of a Belmont, North Carolina company that has been working in the Carolinas for more than thirty years. We handle asbestos abatement, mold remediation, moisture and crawl space work, property cleanouts and the cleaning that goes with them, for homes, businesses, managed properties and construction projects across North and South Carolina.
Who You Are Actually Hiring
This is an owner-run company, not a franchise and not a call center that dispatches whoever is closest. The licensee is local, the office is on East Catawba Street in Belmont, and the same people who quote the job are the people running it. When something on a project changes, you are talking to someone who can make a decision about it.
How We Work
Environmental work goes wrong in predictable ways: a scope that was never written down, a notification filed too late, a containment that was easier to skip, a moisture source nobody fixed. Most of what we do to avoid that is unglamorous. We start from what has actually been tested rather than what something looks like. We put the scope, the access plan and the disposal path in writing. We file notifications on the regulator’s timeline, not on the schedule everyone wishes they had. And we tell owners when a job does not need us.
What We Do Not Claim
We are not the biggest environmental contractor in Charlotte and we do not claim to be the cheapest. We do not promise a building is sterile, that mold will never return, or that a crawl space is permanently sealed. Anyone who does is selling something. What we will give you is a scope you can read, a schedule that accounts for the paperwork, and a straight answer about what the property actually needs.
